South Sudan – Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (The Republic of South Sudan – ECTN/BESC)

South Sudan – Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (The Republic of South Sudan - ECTN/BESC)
In accordance with the requirements of the South Sudan Port Authority: effective April 1, 2019, all cargo destined for South Sudan (including transit cargo) must obtain a South Sudan CTN NO. (Cargo Tracking Number). Failure to do so will prevent the shipping line at the port of loading from issuing the original bill of lading, and cargo will not be cleared or released at the destination port. Our company is the authorized issuing agency for the South Sudan Port Authority in China, primarily responsible for processing applications and issuing Electronic Cargo Tracking Notes (ECTN) within China.
Which ports require a Sudan ECTN/BESC:
Sudan ECTN, Sudan BESC, SUDAN ECTN, SUDAN BESC, Port Sudan, PORT SUDAN
Note
**The ECTN certificate must be applied for before the shipping line issues the original bill of lading and completed before the cargo arrives at the port.

Specific Application Process for South Sudan ECTN/BESC:
Required Documents
1. ECTN APPLICATION FORM
2. Draft Bill of Lading (DRAFT B/L COPY)
3. Commercial Invoice
4. Export Customs Declaration (Export Customs Documents)
Application Procedure
1. Upon receiving the above documents, we will generate an IS Reference NO (CON***-***) and provide it to the applicant.
2. On the second working day, you may email us with the IS Reference NO to inquire about the ECTN.NO (**/***/****).
3. For all subsequent communications, please use this IS Reference NO as the reference for any related inquiries.
4. After the applicant makes the payment and provides the bank slip, and we confirm receipt of funds, we will issue the ECTN draft and release the ECTN.NO. The applicant then provides the ECTN.NO to the shipping line to issue the original bill of lading.
